Around ten percent of the crimes affect companies - across all industries. Companies are attractive targets because criminals can often capture more money there than from private individuals.

SMEs are most frequently affected by ransomware attacks or CEO fraud.

The Aargau Cantonal Police provides information about the dangers that lurk for companies on the Internet. It recommends measures to prevent cyber attacks and explains the limits and possibilities of prosecuting cyber crimes.
