DIALOGO E APPRENDIMENTO

Le Giornate digitali svizzere 2022 hanna offerto  alla popolazione svizzera l'opportunità di scambiare, discutere e accedere a oltre 350 eventi sul tema della digitalizzazione. Durante sette settimane, digitalswitzerland, in collaborazione con i suoi partner, ha organizzato una serie di eventi locali in sette regioni della Svizzera. La popolazione svizzera si è unita a noi nelle nostre bolle o ha partecipato a uno degli eventi online, sperimentando il futuro digitale. Durante le sette settimane degli Swiss Digital Days, la popolazione ha creato migliaia di opere d'arte digitali sulla Svizzera e sulla digitalizzazione con l'aiuto di un'intelligenza artificiale avanzata.

I nostri tre formati principali hanno affrontato importanti sfide attuali in Svizzera: "donne nel tech" con la seconda edizione di herHACK - a female led hackathon, "sostenibilità" con la GreenTech Startup Battle, "le giovani generazioni" e le competenze future con i NextGen Future Skills Labs. Jürg Scherrer holds a Master of Science degree and a diploma in General Management. He has many years of experience in the field of Human Resources. He joined Georg Fischer Piping Systems in 2016 and is currently Head of Human Resources for the Industry & Utility Business Unit, which employs around 1,300 people worldwide.

The increasing digitalization in the world of work and the associated opportunities and challenges are a core topic of Jürg Scherrer's work.
